Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the main purpose of the role will be to respond to incoming calls, assist the Team Manager with scheduling in works, dealing with any customer issues and accurately raising invoices - accuracy is key as you will be calculating and factoring in costings for parts and hours for Engineers worked.
