Job Function

  • Support PR Manager in planning and delivering proactive media communications for the UK and European marketplaces across all channels -B2B and B2C
  • Research and write content for press releases, case studies, news stories and blogs
  • Liaise with journalists, stylists and bloggers
  • Respond to journalist requests for images and makeover requests
  • Support PR Manager with UK and European press events
  • Research new media outlets (online and offline)
  • Support PR Manager with media buying across all channels
  • Support PR Manager with proactive social media campaigns across all channels

Main Objectives

  • Creating engaging content
  • Research new topics of conversation for future PR, blog and social content
  • Draft copy for online and offline sources
  • Support the creation of engaging content for e-marketing campaigns
  • Identifying and develop new media contacts, stylists or bloggers
  • Creating new media lists including bloggers, stylists etc
  • Collate forward features lists for PR Executive in preparation of media buying
  • Monitor press coverage and report on competitor activity
  • Search for press coverage and monitor Vocus clippings
  • Evaluate press coverage and social media campaigns using new PR measurement guidelines
  • Uploading content to CMS
  • Re-sizing assets for blog, news stories and press cuttings page
  • Support PR Executive in driving traffic to press cuttings page
  • Assist PR Manager in planning campaigns and media relations
  • Develop new ideas for engaging media contacts
  • Support for the Marketing Executives and Marketing Director
