We are looking for a Product Administrator for a leading specialist awarding body based in rural Warwickshire. With this Product Administrator role you will be providing project administration and support for the production of support materials for technical awards and qualification products.
You will be pro-actively working with Managers and Developers across the business to ensure that all products are produced to the highest standard and that other departments remain fully informed about key development activities.
Due to location own transport is required.
Main Responsibilities:
??As part of the planning process organise all external meetings and ensure all associated admin is carried out
??Format and proof-read documents to ensure they comply with house style, including liaising with the external proof-reading company
??Check proofs received back from printers
??Provide warehouse with documents to be printed
??Check all the external communications and update the external facing website with all relevant documents provided by the product manager
??Maintain accounts spreadsheet
??Ensure all appropriate documents are uploaded and maintained on the document vault
??Update the product directory
??Carry our other administration activities to support the team as directed.
Our client is looking for:
??Understanding of Technical Award and/or Qualification and/or Customised products
??Experience of providing co-ordination and administration for a development team
??Experience of working to deadlines
??Experience of working with in a quality critical environment
??Good organisational skills
??Good interpersonal skills
??Strong Microsoft Office skills - especially Word and Excel
??Desktop publishing knowledge
??Good proof reading and attention to detail skills
??Knowledge of QA systems and processes
??Project management skills
??Ability to produce content and update website
