A fantastic organisation is looking for an individual dedicated to offering a excellent support service throughout the busy Rugby based office. This is a varied and challenging PA role supporting the President and individuals at management level across the business. We are looking for an individual with a wealth of PA experience and an ability to act proactively within all responsibilities of the role. You will be required to carry out the following:

  • Full and complex diary management including travel arrangements and bookings followed by maintenance and expense requests

  • Expert document production in line with preparation for meetings including research for reports and analysis of information for the purposes of meetings and reporting

  • Management of all correspondence on behalf of the team, distribution and allocation of queries and a proactive approach to retrieving responses including monitoring multiple inboxes

  • Maintain excellent channels of communication within the business in line with meeting deadlines and problem solving

  • Support business planning and continued development of the team and wider business

  • HR administration where appropriate

This role is suitable for someone looking to work 5 days a week either full time or 30 hours. Due to the location of the business you will ideally have access to your own transportation. You must have a minimum of 5 years executive level experience.
