The company are going from strength to strength with key clients expanding orders as well as an increase of work coming via the internal sales team. The addition of a Graduate Sales Engineer to the team adds to the organic growth from the last couple of years, with future expansion in the pipeline planned over the next three years

The Role

The successful Graduate Sales Engineer will be:

Covering business needs across the Midlands and the South West

Dealing with the needs of rotating equipment OEM's, end users and service providers

Markets include, but no limited to, water, heavy industry, chemical, waste to energy, paper and power industries

Clients include companies such as Welsh Water and Veolia

Ensuring mechanical sealing solutions to clients

Even though the role is 85-90% account management, there is an expectation of proactively sourcing new business

Expanding on existing accounts and developing those relationships

On average 75% of your week will be field based, with several visits a day to clients

The Candidate

Due to the nature of the role, the successful Graduate Sales Engineer will have:

Mechanical or Chemical engineering degree

The desire to go above and beyond, whilst maintaining the company's high standards

The desire to develop relationships and deliver exceptional customer service either face to face or through other communication methods
