Business Support Officer
The SRA's Business Support Team are recruiting several Business Support Officers (administrators) to join the team in Birmingham.

As a Business Support Officer (administrator) you will be one of the first points of contact for reports of professional misconduct by Solicitors. You will provide an excellent level of customer service when answer telephone calls, written enquiries and general correspondence from customers, stakeholders and internal business units. You will need to be customer focused and able to professionally handle demanding individuals and tasks.
You will support a range of different departments, with opportunities to develop your knowledge of the organisation. You will create electronic files and process information through a risk assessment procedure. You need to be comfortable with re-assessing your workload regularly to accommodate changing work priorities with the flexibility to carry out any necessary ad hoc administrative tasks.
This is an exciting opportunity for a task focused individual, with excellent communication and organisation skills.
