My client is looking for a Senior with previous experience in leading a team of care staff to join their Supported Living Service in Rugby.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and have the ability to lead and supervise a team whilst ensuring service users needs and choices are put first.

Duties will include:

* To Lead a team of care staff to support service users

* Responsibility for the smooth running of the shifts

* Follow policies and procedures as set out in the manuals

* Keep documentation up to date

* Administer Medication

* Work shifts for the needs of the service users

Skills and Experience:

* Minimum of level 3 in Health and Social care or working towards

* Ability to understand policies and procedures

* Computer literate

* Flexibility in working hours

Driver with own transport would be advantageous, however not essential for this role
