Corr Recruitment is looking to recruit a dedicated ambitious and talented Recruitment Consultant to join our Tamworth branch. The Recruitment Consultant will provide the vital link between clients and candidates.

GBP20k - GBP25k per annum dependant on experience plus commission

Main Responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant:

* Developing a good understanding of managed clients, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment.

* Conducting regular service visits with clients.

* Ensuring smooth operation of managed contracts.

* Forecasting, building & managing recruitment plans for managed contracts.

* There will be an element of Sales for this role so candidates must be comfortable and confident contacting new clients as and when required.

* Ensuring compliance with industry legal requirements and company policies.

* Working towards and exceeding KPI's and targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed or value to be billed to clients.

* Providing out of hours service for the branch's clients on rotated basis.

* Keeping the Company database up to date with candidate and client's information and bookings made.

* Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy.

* Registering new candidates making sure all necessary documents are checked and copied.

* Managing interviews and tests and creating a short-list of candidates for the client;

* Requesting references.

* Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question; conducting inductions.

* Assisting with payroll processes, answering worker's pay queries.

* Providing support and advice to agency workers.

* Preparation and maintenance of Management Information.

Experience and Skills required for the Recruitment Consultant role:

* Knowledge and experience operating within the Warehouse and Transport sectors would be advantageous

* Great communication skills and is able to build a rapport with both candidates and clients

* Positive, ambitious and flexible

* Excellent customer service skills

* Highly organised and can work on own initiative

* The candidate will require their own transport

* Previous experience working as an Account Manager would be advantageous
