QEHS Administrator, Warwick, Permanent

Role Profile:

To provide QEHS Administration support to the QEHS team; included production of briefing packs, alerts, arranging meetings/venues and co-ordinating diaries. Taking and distributing clear concise minutes/meeting notes.
To support the communication of QEHS matters in Rail Projects and Transport when appropriate
To provide effective and timely monthly and quarterly performance reporting for QEHS KPIs
To coordinate with colleagues within the Central QEHS team and collaborate with BU colleagues to support telent QEHS team services and promote One telent working
Escalation of issues where compliance needs, or key statutory tasks will not be fulfilled
Provision of general team support services including order placement services
To actively promote QEHS service function within BU

We'd be delighted to hear from you if you have the following skills/experience:

Collation and extraction of QEHS data for analysis and trending
Capture of information from Tours and Inspections and provide feedback to wider business
Document and Record Control in accordance with legal (GDPR), Procedural and Contractual requirements (eg investigations)
Timely provision of information to support QEHS services to Rail Projects
Timely provision of up to date information to support company governance (eg Central QEHS reporting requirements)
Capturing essential QEHS data onto company systems (Remedy/TRAMMS)
Compilation of monthly and quarterly reports, communications and campaign material
Circulation of approved QEHS communications via IDS
Maintenance of the Rail Projects COSHH database on Sevron
Tracking of actions, proactive close out of actions raised from audits, inspections, accident investigations etc.
Support to the Rail Senior Leadership Team meeting
General support to the QEHS team
Investigation of Accidents/Incidents/Near Misses and Close Call events
Maintenance of QEHS Systems, audit plans, Objective and Target Dashboard and ensure Close Out.
Assisting with external audits eg RISQS, PCL, MBNL (Turner & Townsend)
Practical use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Document Management Systems (Oracle UCM).
English and Mathematics GCSE Grade C or equivalent qualifications
QEHS Administration experience
