Peninsula Pensions is a shared service responsible for pensions administration for Devon County Council, Somerset County Council and other users. Our aim is to provide members and employers with an accurate, timely and personal member-focussed service.
To do this we need experienced pensions administrators and other support staff who are driven to deliver a reliable and professional service, and able to demonstrate excellent customer care.
The role will involve management of workflow across the First Response team, checking some calculations for accuracy and quality, ensuring that Peninsula Pensions provides a good, high quality service to all scheme members and stakeholders within agreed timescales.
You will work as part of a team, reporting to the Team Manager, and will work closely with the Team Manager to monitor the performance of the team and workflows, deputising as required.
