Our client is recruiting for a driven sales negotiator with excellent IT and communication skills. Previous new homes sales experience is preferred but not essential.

The successful candidate will need to be able to work weekends and bank holidays and hold a current driving license.

Responsibilities include:

* Keeping and maintaining accurate visitor records to establish the ability and needs of visitors to the development. Progressing enquiries from all sources including local/national advertising/websites/emails.

* Develop a full understanding of incentives and any sales schemes available and their effectiveness in sales negotiation, referring customers to agreed independent financial services intermediaries and panel solicitor.

* Negotiating sales and progressing all reservations to exchange of contract and legal completion. Liaising with the purchaser, local estate agents, financial advisors, purchaser's solicitors and others as necessary to ensure on time reservation to exchange.

* Communicate with customers professionally and effectively, exceeding their expectations in delivering excellent customer service.

* Develop a high degree of product knowledge, and develop skills to recognise the effectiveness of advertising and marketing campaigns.

* Weekly reporting on all enquiries and visitors to site, plots reserved or cancelled. Detail weekly progress plot by plot on current and new reservations to exchange of contracts.

* Preparing competitors reports detailing sale prices, achieved prices, designs, floor areas, rate of sale.

* Maintain a high standard of development presentation including sales area show homes and directional signage.
