Accounts Office Manager

As a result of expansion and changes within the organisation, our client is looking to appoint an Accounts Office Manager to their team on a permanent basis. You will be part of a small friendly team in a well established organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding business which will include the management of 4 office based staff.

Main Duties:

- Reconciling bank statements
- Preparing cashflow and supplier payments
- Overseeing the payroll process
- Preparing accounts for VAT returns
- Preparing financial and sales reports
- Assisting within the office when required
- Responsible for 4 office staff

The Person:
As the successful candidate, you will ideally have the following experience: -

- Working across all areas of accounts, including monthly management accounts
- Proficient with Sage 50 (or similar), Excel and other Microsoft packages
- Although not essential, you will Ideally be AAT trained
- Working in a similar Accounts or Bookkeeping based role

In return, you can expect a salary between GBP25,000 and GBP30,000 per annum with free on site parking and a range of benefits.
