You'll play a lead role in a Analytics team is focused on delivering strategically-impactful programs and tools to help a range of clients identify and deliver best in class solutions. This position will work within a cross-functional team, delivering predictive analytics solutions to drive customer engagement, commercial optimisation and next-best-action. The candidate will be responsible for extracting and manipulating data from multiple, large data sources and using the outputs to deliver predictive modelling solutions

Range of activities;

  • Develop and/or use advanced algorithms and statistical predictive models and determines analytical approaches and modelling techniques to evaluate scenarios and potential future outcomes
  • Uses strong programming skills to explore, analyze and interpret large volumes of data in various forms, and solve complex business problems
  • Supports deployment of insights across multiple channels, i.e., web, mobile app, email, social, call center,
  • Demonstrate strong ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to peers, managers, and business partners
  • Build, iterate, and validate predictive models using multiple statistical techniques Interpret, understand, and present results to clients

Background / Experience;

  • Interest and passion for data analytics, insight extraction, programming, and modeling
  • Critical thinking to debug programs, create strong variables, iterate modeling techniques, etc
  • Curiosity about what the data says and the analytics that extract insights
  • Perform data manipulation, wrangling, cleansing, and analysis (in Python, R, or SAS)
  • Knowledge of internal and external data sources
  • Demonstrates proficiency in most areas of mathematical analysis methods, machine learning, statistical analyses, and predictive modeling (expertise using statistical techniques such as logistic and linear regression, decision trees, neural network or clustering techniques)
  • Strong work ethic and desire to help clients improve their businesses
  • Bachelors degree required (Masters degree highly desirable).
  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to business partners
