About the role
We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team at Sytner MINI Tamworth.
As a Sytner Service Advisor, you will join our fantastic team in our busy award winning Aftersales department providing outstanding customer care. You will keep customers informed and up-to-date at every stage and quickly respond to any questions or queries.
This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first, you'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need.

About you
We are looking the following attributes:
• High energy and a positive attitude, with outstanding listening and communication skills.
• Be able to communicate the very "Best Advice" to our customers regarding additional work and the services that we provide.
• Knowledge and experience of the Kerridge computer system.
• Excellent time management / organisational / administration skills.

Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a manufacturer automotive retailer is a must.
