You will be working for a well established company based in Telford who are looking for Customer Support advisers to join their expanding team and to support the Manager.
Your new role
As part of your new role you will be responsible for communicating with customers and clients via telephone and email so will have excellent telephone manner and be tech savvy. You will be the main point of contact for customer enquiries which you will log correctly on the system. You will need to be able to delegate the enquiry to the appropriate team. You will use company systems which includes SAP, so past experience with this is vital.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have SAP systems experience, only candidates with this experience will be considered. You will need to be an engaging communicator. You will need customer services experience. You will need to be easy to work with and you'll go out your way to help others.
