Description

The Successful Payroll Administrator will be responsible:

  • The preparation, processing and administration of 17 payrolls

  • Complete payroll calculations and payments to all employees from start to finish

  • Maintain audit trails

  • Produce payroll reports and resolve any payroll errors and exception reporting

  • Reconcile all payroll totals including, tax, student loans, National Insurance

  • Prepare pension reports and reconciliations. Upload information to pension provider each month

  • Issue payroll reports to management

  • Liaise with company and external parties

Profile

The Successful Payroll Administrator will have:

  • 3+ years experience

  • Numerate with a high degree of accuracy and an eye for detail

  • Proven ability to work to tight deadlines and manage workload

  • Demonstrates initiative and is proactive

  • Experience of paying a minimum of 450 employees across a number of payrolls;

  • Working knowledge of HMRC regulations;

  • Knowledge of P11D legislation and payrolling benefits is desirable;

  • Good Microsoft Office and keyboard skills.
