What’s the job?

To manage a team through motivational leadership of Tele Appointers in delivering high quality appointments for the Field Sales Team to convert into sales. Responsible for managing the day to day operational aspects of the team, ensuring KPI’s & targets are met as a minimum.A strong focus on team development to ensure we are maximising all opportunities.

What you’ll be doing.

Drive and manage the team through the customer contact strategy plan through to book appointments for Existing and New customersDrive team daily to book high quality appointments booked along with monitoring and measuring team members KPI results. Monitor and review team’s performance and trends against KPI’s with a view to optimise results, recognise achievement and dealing with under performers professionally. Work closely with the RSM’s and their teams to build relationships Plan and manage daily activities, communicate clear and concise objectives to team. Hold relevant team briefs daily.Operating Rhythm to include 3 coaching sessions per team member per period to develop their current skill sets to maximise their full potential. Accurately forecast and deliver against revenue targetsFocus on the effectiveness, efficiency and quality of sales activity not just the quantityUse the CRM system to effectively manage the team’s pipelines and development areas to maximise their full potentialHold period 1:1 with and monitor staff timekeeping and attendance together with holding BTW interviews.Achieve set period, quarterly and annual targets for revenue and pool growthHelp to promote a culture of excellence in respect of customer service, quality and improvementUse targeted Marketing campaigns to unlock the growth potential in your named accountsWhat kind of person are you?

They will be capable of developing team member’s skill sets to fulfil their potential. They will be outgoing and self-motivated with the ability to bring positive energy and focus to their team and colleagues across the business.

What you’ll have.

Demonstrates experience in driving a successful team who protects and grows named accounts to deliver against revenue targets though booking initial appointments for the Field Account ManagerProven experience of using a CRM system, preferably SFDCBe able to demonstrate experience in successful performance management coaching and development of sales techniques. Demonstrates the ability to change focus quickly to support the needs of the business.Good people management skillsExcellent customer service skillsExcellent attention to detailExcellent CommunicatorA commercially savvy, analytical thinkerDemonstrates understanding of sales methodologiesIT savvy
