Opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator to join an exciting fast paced business based in Shrewsbury
Seymour John are recruiting exclusively for a successful business based in Shrewsbury, who have seen significant growth during recent times.
You will be working as part of a supportive and friendly team as a Purchase Ledger Supervisor where you will have responsibility for one member of staff, where your duties will include:
- Process purchase invoices, scanning invoices to the system
- Print and process bonuses/sundry invoices
- Issue payments, petty cash, dealing with queries
- Scan invoices to the system
- Monthly statement reconciliations
- Payment runs
- Query resolution
- Ad hoc duties
This role would suit a candidate who thrives working in a busy, fast paced environment. As this business has seen significant growth in recent times and will continue to grow, there will be a potential opportunity for the right candidate to expand and develop. You will have excellent communication and numeracy skills, well organised with a methodical approach and have accurate data entry skills. You will need to be able to demonstrate previous accounts payable experience, working within a busy team.
