Senior Support Worker - Shrewsbury Area - GBP9.35 plus GBP50 per sleep

My client is a large healthcare provider with a number of services in the Shrewsbury Area. We are looking for a Senior Support Worker for a Supporting Living and Outreach service in the Shropshire area. The supported living service consists of a number of multiple occupancy properties and apartments on the same road. The outreach is slightly further afield but is easily commutable with or without a vehicle.

You would be required to complete work on the supported living and out reach side of the business. You will be required to work days and sleep ins. Shift patterns will vary as this is a person-centred service and their hours will suit the service user's needs. However, this is guaranteed full time hours.

This is an adult's service for 18 - 65-year olds. All of our service users have Learning Disability, Mental Health or Autism and some are more complex than others. As a senior, you will be allocated time to complete admin tasks as well as support hours. You will also complete supervisions and oversee the support staff.

To apply for this role, you must have the following,

- NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care

- Experience in a similar role

- Passion for care

Driver is also a massive help but not essential
