BDS are currently recruiting for an Estates and Facilities Manager for a large housing business, the role is to cover the Stratford Upon Avon area.

Role Purpose;

To manage and motivate a team of operatives and contractors to deliver an effective and efficient service to our customers in your designated area, ensuring that the estates, customers and staff are kept safe at all times whilst maintaining the highest standard of estate management services.


• Manage in house teams to ensure delivery of a high quality service to customers
• Responsible for the quality monitoring and performance management of all estate services provided in your area.
• Responsible for the management of external contractors including operational/financial performance and monthly meetings in your area
• Responsible for area based operative productivity/reporting/management, to include regular 121s, day to day management, annual PPC setting and six monthly reviews.
• To be a main area point of contact for Customers, Contractors, internal teams and external agencies in dealing with Estate Service enquiries/tasks/ complaints

Skills/Experience Required;

• Experience of working in a managerial or supervisory role in a similar or related environment or field.
• To be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to customer focus.
• Must display the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with customers, contractors and colleagues.
• The ability to prioritise the workload of self and others and demonstrate the ability to work on one's own initiative.
• HNC in relevant subject
• Working towards IOSH/NEBOSH general certificate in health and safety qualification and a DBS check
