An excellent opportunity has become available for a positive and enthusiastic Office Administrator with a can-do attitude for a leading Midlands based firm in Coseley, West Midlands.

The successful candidate will provide administration and support to the organisation whilst overseeing their day to day responsibilities. 

Responsibilities will include but are not be limited to:

  • General office administration
  • Data entry & system administration
  • Maintenance of appropriate filing records and databases
  • Handling telephone calls, emails and other methods of communication 
  • Sales & Purchase order processing
  • Negotiating with suppliers to obtain best prices and delivery schedules.
  • Liaising with accounts

The Person

  • Previous experience in an Administration capacity
  • Good IT skills including knowledge of excel.
  • Good organisational skills
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and willingness to learn.
  • Strong telephone and communication skills
  • Must hold a full and valid UK driving licence

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 5.00pm

Friday 8.00am to 3.00pm
