An excellent opportunity has been made available for a HR Coordinator on a initial three month contract with full time hours (37) by my client, an established Housing provider in Stafford with some cover in Shrewsbury required.

The Pay rate is GBP10.48 per hour PAYE Plus Holiday Pay or GBP13.50 Umbrella.

As a HR Coordinator, you will need to provide reliable and proactive support and advice to ensure that the HR service is professional, consistent and responsive.

You will be required to assist and support the HR Advisors and Business Partners with the delivery of a high quality, responsive service over the full range of generalist HR issues e.g. recruitment, appointment, performance, well being, maternity, grievance, conditions of service, policies/procedures, probation etc., to all managers/customers within agreed time-scales and service standards.

Part of your role will be to ensure that managers fully document cases by providing support with appropriate and timely correspondence.

An important part of your role will be for you to act as a first point of contact for all HR queries, delegating or redirecting these as necessary, and giving advice and signposting where appropriate, ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practice.

Essential Requirements:

Level 3 HR qualification.

At least 12 months experience of working within a busy Human Resources team.

A Full UK Drivers License and access to a vehicle is required.
