I am currently recruiting a customer support administrator for a client within the Kenilworth area who is looking for part time customer support administrator to join their team. The client is looking for someone to work 4 hours a day, Monday - Friday (8:30 - 12.30 or 13.30 - 17.30). The role is currently a temporary position however there is a strong possibility it will go permanent for the right candidate and there may also be opportunity to increase the hours worked too.

In this role you will be responsible for providing first class customer service to all customers via the company's social media platform. This may entail responding to queries, troubleshooting issues, handling complaints and graciously accepting compliments. You will also be responsible for general administrative duties such as sending out documents to customers and looking at new opportunities for the business.

For this role you must have excellent organisational and customer service skills as you will be required to juggle a number of different tasks at once. A team player is essential and successful candidates must be willing to help out other divisions of the business when needed. This job is a great opportunity for those who may be coming back to work after some time off or those who are unable to commit to full time hours but are looking for a stable and exciting role. An interested in sport and fitness is beneficial for this role but is not essential.
