A well-known and growing marketing agency based in Solihull is on the search for a Billing Administrator to start on a permanent basis due to the successful on boarding of new clients. You will be primarily responsible for all functions of the billing process including calculating bills, allocating cash and liaising with the credit control function. Ideally you’d be an upbeat individual, who would fit into a fun, energetic and high volume environment who has good Excel skills including Pivot Tables and V Look Ups. If you are able to work well under pressure and have some invoicing experience we would like to hear from you.

Ideally, you will:
• Be comfortable working in a small friendly and outgoing team
• Have the confidence to deal with queries efficiently
• Be able to confidently use Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables and V Look Ups.
