The Role


An exciting position has arisen within our claims team for someone to work closely with our external third parties - similar to an account management type role.

The objective of the role is to help reduce our members outstanding claims by liaising with our third parties via email, telephone.

You'll need to be a strong communicator, building and maintaining relationships with these agencies whilst being confident to negotiate and steer decisions to reach a satisfactory outcome for our members.

During your day to day work,you'll need to look at the 'big picture' and focus on ways to make improvements to help reduce administration and also make the overall processes more streamlined.

Key Skills

·Relationship Building - you'll need to create and maintain strong relationships both over the telephone and via email. You are the face of the company and a friendly and professional approach is required


·Problem Solver - have a logical and thorough approach to problem solving. You also need a positive and enthusiastic approach to finding ways of streamlining processes


·Analysing Data - delving into the information available with the aim of both making recommendations and suggesting resolutions


·Microsoft Excel - don't worry, you don't need to be an expert however it's beneficial if you are reasonably experienced


·Time Management Skills - after training you will be required to manage your own workloads, we're an extremely busy department so being able to prioritise is essential


·Good Communicator & Team Player - you'll be providing information to other members of the team to enable them to advise our members with up to date information
