Complaints Advisor

We are recruiting for a Complaints Advisor in the Coventry with our well established client.

As a Complaints Advisor you will need to have:

  • Previous experience of writing up letter responses
  • Previous experience in a role where you are dealing with complaints
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Maths and English GCSE's Grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Good IT skills

Details:

  • Salary: £21,500 per annum
  • Working Hours: Mon-Fri 40 hours between 7am-7pm & Sat shifts on rota basis
  • Location: Coventry
  • Duration: Permanent

Role of a Complaints Advisor:

  • Manage customer expectations
  • Handle complex issues and objections
  • Identify root cause information and identify improvement opportunities
  • Communicate with customers and colleagues to resolve complaints
  • Manage the complaint investigation
  • Record all real time data on each complaint file
