Customer Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our client based in the Coventry area. As a Customer Service Advisor you will be dealing with the company's corporate clients delivering a high level of Customer Service from start to finish.

Details of Customer Service:

  • Pay rate: £9.05
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Working Hours: Full time
  • Mon - Sat: 40 hours per week (various shifts available)
  • Location: Coventry
  • Duration: Temporary ongoing

Role of Customer Service Advisor:

  • Communicate with clients via email, phone and through reports
  • Responsible for the day to day customer service needs for corporate clients
  • To ensure all communication with customers is in a professional and timely manner and resolved to the customer's satisfaction using the appropriate channels
  • Develop a full understanding of the company's logistical services and products and all relevant Parcel operating systems
  • Promote self-services and alternative products to new and existing customers
  • Attend regular meetings/briefs held by the Customer Care Centre Management team
  • Contribute ideas to change and improve the customer experience and the performance of the team
  • Demonstrate a positive and pro-active attitude
  • Attention to detail is required to identify trends

As a Customer Service Advisor you'll need:

  • Experience in a similar role (contact centre, call centre)
  • Great communication at all levels
  • Attention to detail
  • Good telephone manner
  • Very good written and verbal communication
