Customer Service Administrator
We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Sales Administrator candidate to undertake this excellent opportunity of joining a large, progressive and established company in West Bromwich.
The position of Customer Service Administrator will be based within a busy internal sales department, working along side colleagues helping assitsing with an problems with orders or deliveries
Duties will include:
- Communicating with customers
- Involvement with arranging shipments and export (export experience not necessary)
- Account management with customers
- Inputting information onto an inhouse
- Providing excellent customer service
The right candidate must be experienced in administration and have excellent customer service skills to be able to liaise with customers and key accounts.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9- 5pm or 8.30am to 5pm The opportunity will commence on a Temp to Perm basis.
