Job Description:
Arden Personnel are recruiting for an Administrator for our client based in Alcester. Your responsibilities will include;

Typing quotations/letters/contracts
Downloading and printing enquiries
Inputting new jobs on system
Downloading new enquiries and then uploading details to systems
Carrying out DBS checks
Updating and Maintaining various spreadsheets
Franking of post
Answering telephone calls
Arranging training courses
General administration duties

The Successful Applicant:
To be considered for this role, you will need to;

Must be a self-motivated Secretary/Administrator, highly organised, and able to work well within a small team
Good IT skills, especially in MS Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills
Confident telephone manner
Able to work on own initiative
Good attention to detail
