Are you an ICT professional looking for a new career opportunity?

We are looking for an ICT Technical Assistant to join our busy team based in Hereford.

The role involves covering a diverse range of mainly first line ICT support and operations tasks, and you will participate in ICT service desk project support work.

Proactive in your approach you will provide friendly first line support to the organisation, assisting with basic ICT matters by phone, email and desk site support where necessary. Providing an excellent customer service experience for users of the ICT services, you will ensure all support calls and service requests are logged and administered using the organisation Support Desk software.

The successful candidate must be self-motivated and have in-depth experience in a Microsoft environment along with exceptional customer service skills. Call handling experience on an ICT service desk and the ability to follow support processes would be a distinct bonus, as is would be a distinct bonus, as knowledge of Outlook and user administration experience within Active Directory.
