- Customer service by Telephone and Email
- Deal with EBay/Amazon/Google negative/netural feedbacks /cases/requests,keep online shops’ performance above standard(EBay Top Rated/Amazon Good performance….etc), paypal case..etc.
- Deal with customer purchase disputes by online regulations and Comsumer Right Act of UK or other sale issues from customers.
- Follow our company aftersale requirement and standard to process customers’ return/refund and exchange.
Contract type:Full time permannent contract,perbation is 2months and fixed term contract
Working hours:Monday to Friday 8:30Am to 17:30Pm, 1 hour break
1.Have legal permit to work and resident in UK
2.Have to be full time in our office
3.Fluent English speaker,also optional basic Chinese language level
4.Open mind and eager to learn new stuffs,also can work under some pressure.
