Year 11 Learning Support Assistant
Recruiting an experienced secondary learning support assistant to work within Key Stage 4.
Your new school

Your new role
As a leaning support assistant you will predominantly support a Y11 pupil on a 1:1 basis within the classroom. This pupil is requiring additional support in core subjects, predominantly Maths in the lead up to GCSE examinations. As well as supporting this pupil on a 1:1 basis, you will also work closely with other pupils within Year 11 providing in class support to pupils across all subjects.
What you'll need to succeed
You will require recent experience working within a secondary school setting. You will need to have strong behaviour management skills and techniques and excellent subject knowledge, particularly within Maths.
