An engineering business based in Kings Norton is seeking a hands-on Operational Support Administrator to assist with a wide array of duties across the office. This is an integral role in streamlining company processes, contributing ideas and improvements and offering extensive administrative support! You will be based in your own office space whilst working alongside the rest of the friendly team!

The role will primarily involve:

* Handling and signposting telephone queries

* Organising the engineers' diaries and arranging maintenance visits

* Updating reports and providing payment quotes

* Processing invoices and calculating costs

* Raising orders for stock and checking requirements in advance

* Liaising with clients and external organisations on a regular basis

* Wider office administration such as ordering supplies and checking the post

This is a responsible, rewarding position - ideal for someone who is looking to make that next step in their administrative career. This would suit an administration apprentice with some office experience behind them. The Operational Support Administrator is an essential role working alongside the wider team and offering assistance in all areas!

As this is a temp to perm role, they will be looking for an immediate start. The role will likely last for 6 months on a temp basis before going permanent.

The hourly rate is GBP10-11 per hour.
