A rare opportunity has arisen for a Software Test Analyst to set up a testing environment from scratch at a market leading company based in Redditch as they completely reengineer their application suite.

With no Test Analysts on the team at the moment, this is the chance to set processes and standards as you wish as well as influence technology choices and play an active role in the Agile process. Once the Testing is up and running effectively, the business is keen to start automating processes so experience with Automation and associated tools is beneficial. When the time comes appropriate training will be provided.

Currently the testing is done by the development team and users so we are seeking a confident character who can bring ideas to the table and deliver a high quality Test function. You will be a clear and strong communicator and be able to work with the Development team and Business Analyst closely to ensure requirements are met and standards are high.
