We are recruiting for a fast growing Healthcare Company based in Worcester.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Business-Minded person seeking a new and exciting Leadership Role within the domiciliary care sector.
We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager who is happy to join a fast growing team covering the Worcestershire and surrounding areas. Accountable to the Business Owners, you will be responsible for the safe and secure delivery of care to our customers, actively participate in the growth and development of the Company and manage budgets to ensure profitability of the business. As the registered manager you will be fundamental in the operational day to day running of the branch including allocation of care staff, quality control, process and systems management, people management, complaints and business development.
The successful candidate must meet CQC Registered Manager requirements and also be dedicated to achieving the highest quality care standards. This position will offer the right candidate the opportunity to deliver continued growth of a client-focused care business of the highest quality.

Job role requirements:
  • Managing the setup and delivery of a domiciliary care service.
  • Managing the day-to-day running of the business and acting as the person-in-charge reporting to the Directors.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and development and working with the Director to achieve targets and deliver within budget.
  • Be responsible for the safe delivery of the service in line with legislative requirements and company policy and procedures.
  • Manage the effective recruitment, induction and training of the community care workers.
  • Promote, drive and grow brand new care packages.
  • Managing staff rotas and on-call responsibilities.

Essential Skills What we are seeking:
  • Must hold a current driving licence and have own vehicle.
  • Experience of managing an effective team.
  • Ideally at least 3-5 year's recent relevant experience in a management position for the Registered Manager's role.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • The ability to develop and promote positive working relationships with individual service users, their family and professional colleagues.
  • A positive attitude to work and to change.
  • The ability to deal effectively with crisis/emergencies.
  • Provide leadership, management and support to the branch team.
  • Understanding of CQC assessment criteria.
  • Experience of care services, risk assessment and person-centred care and support.
  • Understanding of person-centred care and of the rights and needs of the service user.
  • Knowledge and experience in dealing with staffing and HR issues.
You will likely already be a successful registered manager with a strong track record and know the stakeholders in your community well. You will be a very busy team builder and leader and so you will need business, sales and staff management experience and have the ability to grow with our business and move quickly with change. We want someone that will go the extra mile, put quality at the forefront of what they do while managing a team and their ongoing development.
