Your new company
You will be working of a logistics company based in Stoke-on-Trent, this company is looking for a hard working, determined candidate to join the team to cover Maternity. The role is anticipated for 9 months, but could be extended.
Your new role
In your new role as a Sales Ledger your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Raising of Sales Invoices/Credit notes
- Data manipulation within Excel for invoicing purposes
- Distribution of Sales invoices
- Handling customer queries
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role will ultimately lead to your success, strong excel skills are required, being comfortable completing vlookups & pivot tables etc is a minimum. The client is looking for a candidate who has a keen eye for detail and somebody who can hit the ground running.
What you'll get in return
You will receive an annual salary between £17,000-£21,000 depending on experience, which will be discussed at interview. The working hours are 8:30-17:00, with 1 hour lunch, Monday-Friday. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company for 9 months with the opportunity of longer.
