About the Role

We are looking for an Architectural / Design Assistant to join our team in Wolverhampton working as an Architectural Technician. As part of our residential team you will be working on volume housing projects or working for a volume housing developer delivering house type working drawings in Revit. You will also use Adobe Photoshop and SketchUp to produce presentation materials.

About You

Suitable candidates will have BA or BSc in Architectural Technology or Architecture and ideally be a member of RIBA. You will possess at least 2 years’ residential experience working within volume housing or working for a volume housing developer. Technical knowledge is required to deliver house type working drawings in Revit. You should also be able to deliver site models in collaboration with the design team for housing developments of 200+ units. Capable of working on own initiative you will need the confidence to liaise directly with clients, planning authorities and NHBC. Candidates will also need to demonstrate good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and SketchUp to produce presentation material. InDesign and graphics knowledge is also required and free hand sketching is highly desirable.
