SUCCESSFUL EXPANDING COMPANY: The UK's leading provider of whole-life service to smoke safety systems, partnering with many major names. The company are a leader in the upkeep of smoke ventilation systems, providing a superb maintenance service to customers. Due to expansion they are looking to add another service engineer to their team.

THE OPPORTUNITY: This is a field service engineer position working on ventilation systems in the commercial sector. You will be carrying out fault finding, service and remedial work on smoke ventilation systems, servicing and replacing control panels, electric motors and actuators. Work schedules are arranged by management and sent out in advance for the following weeks work. The role may require you to work at heights and there is a chance of some night work.

Contracted 40-hour week: Work is carried out during the day between 8am-5pm, however, some night work may be required (6pm-2am).

THE CANDIDATE: You will need to hold an electrical qualification, have experience fault finding electrical or electromechanical equipment and must have a valid drivers license. It would be a distinct advantage if you have experience with 3 phase systems, smoke ventilation or HVAC background, PASMA/IPAF/SSSTS.
