Do you want to work for a Child Centred, Family Run organisation? Our client is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Social Worker to join their existing team. With over 25 years of experience and rated outstanding by OFSTED and a Gold Investor of People, our client's priority is for the Child or Young Person in their care. Our client has enjoyed expansion of its service across the UK, and are continually developing and expanding their agency.
They now seek two Social Workers, who are ambitious and resourceful. The positions will be based in Stoke and Sheffield/Barnsley. Our client offers a flexible role which can involve autonomous working, you will be well supported by an experienced team, and have manageable caseloads. Children and young people are at the heart of this agency's practice, and this is demonstrated throughout the service.

We are looking for a Social Worker to showcase their new skills within a vibrant and successful team. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that is working directly with children, young people and Carers; foccussing on offering support and developing your case load, ensuring effective placements are achieved.
We will consider applications from Newly Qualified Social Workers, as well as those with Experience. The ideal candidate for this position will be a qualified Social Worker, who is ambitious and
resourceful. You must have a flexible approach to your work, and a keen interest in making a positive impact on others
lives. The key to being successful within this role is showing you have the right personality and drive to succeed
Key Responsibilities to include:
? Handle initial enquiries, including assessments and visits
? Maintenance of placements for children, ensuring appropriate support is provided to both Carer and
children/young person
? Developing your case load through various resources, and managing any existing caseload you may take over
? Ensure all records for both Carers and children are maintained and up to date in a timely manner (Ofsted ready)

If you have the following skills and attributes then we want to hear from you;
You must be;
Hcpc Registered
Qualified to degree level or equivalent in social work ?
Hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have access to a vehicle ?
Can you work confidently and autonomously?
Are you Ambitious, dynamic, determined and confident ?
Do you have experience in a residential care setting ?
Do you have legislative knowledge of Children's Social Care ?
