Are you an experienced Customer Service Administrator looking for an exciting new opportunity with career progression opportunities?

This role will be providing excellent customer service to customers and providing sales support administration to the sales team. You will be a team player and have experience in administration and customer sales experience.

  • Deal with telephone enquiries in a courteous, confident and professional manner
  • Provide a high quality of customer service
  • Input sales orders onto the inhouse system
  • Provide office based administration support to the wider sales team
  • Manage customer expectations and diffuse potential issues
  • Help optimise process and maintain high customer service level
  • General administration tasks

  • Managing incoming telephone calls and emails
  • Provide sales and support to customers

Skills and experience:

  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Computer literate and experience of different systems
  • Work well as part of a team and on your own
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence
