Part time Customer Service / Store Coordinator - 17 hours per week Monday, Tuesday and every other Saturday.

As Evesham's Customer Service Store Coordinator you will:
* Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone and by email.
* Support the Stores Hearing Aid Audiologist (HAA) with the day to day running of the store.
* Ensure the smooth and efficient management of the HAA's diary, maximising appointment potential by booking appointments for existing and prospective customers
* Make daily calls to book appointments
* Meet and greeting customers warmly and professionally
* Promote sundry sales in-store and the benefits of the customer care plan when possible
* Update computerised records and provide administrative support to ensure smooth running of the store including management of stock levels and petty cash
To be considered for the role of Customer Service Store Coordinator you should have:
* Proven experience in a face to face customer service role
* Superb interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both colleagues and customers in a pleasant manner
* An empathetic and supportive outlook towards customers who may have communication difficulties, with ability to be discreet and show the utmost respect for the privacy of customers
* Self-motivation with ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative

Starting salary: GBP15,300 pro rata, rising to GBP16,500 pro rata as you develop and gain experience in the role.
