This caring residential home is based in the beautiful and scenic place of Stourport-on-Severn. New refurbishment and under new ownership, what's the first thing you need to 'steer the ship' in the right direction????..a well experienced Registered Manager.

I wont bore you with the details of the roles and responsibilities as I'm guessing you have a clear understanding of what's required. However, We are looking for someone who has plenty of drive, ambition and a real focus on maintaining high standards and pushing the home forward to become outstanding. You must be able to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of the care industry and CQC requirements in addition to holding the relevant qualifications necessary for the registered managers position.

GBP35k- GBP38 annual salary

The Requirements for this role are emphasised on experience. A lot of care homes would ideally prefer a Manager who is a registered Nurse also. Not this one. They believe that if you have past experience in a management position within the Care sector and an understanding of CQC assessment criteria then you are more than capable of taking charge.
