Trainee administration job based in Kenilworth

Your new company
This rapidly expanding company is looking for someone to join their highly efficient team based in Kenilworth. They are currently based in Kenilworth and Nottingham and are looking to expand their existing team due to and increase in workload

Your new role
Working within a small existing team you will be required to carry out a variety of duties including:

  • Completing and checking documents
  • Updating the internal database
  • Typing up documents
  • E-mailing orders to the Nottingham office
  • book meetings and manage calender's
  • Making up new Meeting packs for upcoming meetings
  • Sending out meeting confirmation letters.
  • Ad hoc tasks - meet and greet clients


What you'll need to succeed
You will have already gained a years office experience and be looking for that next step where you can develop your skills further. You must be driven and want the opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding company.
