Common Sense Financial Planning Ltd are a Privately owned industry renowned financial services practice based in Lichfield. Continued expansion has led to the need to recruit a competent individual to join their small friendly admin team.
Established in 2009 by the current owner and lead practitioner, the business has witnessed continued business growth year on year, providing complex financial planning solutions to an extensive and wide ranging private and corporate client base.
Financial Services experience is not essential as full training will be given, you will be used to working in an office environment, happy to work in a small team, have an organised confident manner, both on the telephone and face to face. IT literacy and a good eye for detail are essential.
Initially the job is admin based as we teach you the ropes. Once established the opportunity will exist for you to progress towards client handling.

Initial admin duties will include;
Scanning documents and uploading onto back office system.
Dealing with incoming/outgoing post.
Answering telephone queries from clients and providers.
Drafting client letters, letters of authority etc
Creating client review packs
Assisting paraplanner with new business
Obtaining Client Valuations
Updating client data on our back office system.
Candidate should be comfortable with MS Office & have excellent telephone manner
Hours and days of work
37.5 Hours per week
Monday to Friday
