.Our Mortgage Contact Centre provides a first point of contact for our customers and is truly at the heart of our mortgage business. It’s a fast paced, friendly and supportive environment where every day is different. Your main responsibilities are taking phone calls from our customers, helping and supporting them with their enquiries. We aim to give our customers clear and accurate information in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. No contact centre experience is required as full training will be given. Once you are confident, you can progress through a structured accreditation programme. You can own your personal development and build not just a job, but a career with us.
You don’t need previous mortgage or contact centre experience to be successful, but you’ll have evidence of recent customer service experience within a fast paced environment and will be passionate about working within a team environment.
You'll be someone that has excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with a variety of peopleYou'll be accurate and have the ability to deal with our customer’s enquiries.
Coping with pressures and problem solving ability will be a part of the role so you’ll be a dedicated, professional and committed person with a flexible approach
You will be required to work 35 hours per week, flexibly across the following hours: 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Saturday10am to 4pm Sunday
The start date for the role is 20th May and your first 3 weeks will consist of a mixture of comprehensive training and support to get you taking your first calls from our customers.
