Restaurant Manager - Wyevale Garden Centre - Stratford-upon-Avon

Hours: 39 hours per week

Are you looking to lead a restaurant that offers daytime work (Typically 9 to 5) with no evenings, nights or split shifts? One with Free parking, alongside in-house and high-street discounts?

Our Garden Centres offer an amazing range for gardens and homes, but also great in-house restaurants with scrumptious food and a wide cake offering.

We're now looking to recruit a Restaurant Manager to become part of our restaurant team.

What we're looking for

Leadership and management - You'll be recruiting the right people at the right time, creating rotas and inspiring the team to provide the best possible service

Business acumen - Being responsible for the restaurants budget, managing the P&L drivers and taking ownership of activities and events in the restaurant

Flexibility - Our restaurant is open during garden centre hours, which are typically Monday - Saturday 9am - 5pm and Sundays 1:3am - 4:3pm (No evenings, nights or split shifts required), we expect our restaurant manager to be available to work one day over a weekend as minimum.
