Our client is looking for a full time purchasing Administrator and is located in the City Centre of Coventry. The ideal candidate will contribute to the efficient and effective administration of a busy Purchasing Team within the Finance Department.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

*You will provide excellent customer service to suppliers and staff, resolving queries in a helpful and efficient manner.
*Process and action all new supplier requests within selected time scales
*Reconcile your purchasing statements
*Process purchase order amendments requests.
*Process purchase order closure requests.
*Support and assist the Senior Finance Assistant in a continuous improvement initiative and compliance with regulations.
*Provide assistance to colleagues as and when required especially those related to Agresso.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
*Qualified to A level or demonstrable relevant experience
*Experience of working with large databases
*Customer service experience.
*Purchasing Administration Experience
*Knowledge of Agresso
*Good numeracy and systems skills
*Ability to deal with people at different levels and provide a consistent level of advice / service.
