As a Maths Teacher you will need to rapture the students interest of Mathematics with engaging and stimulating lessons. You will have the natural ability to deliver lessons with confidence and enthusiasm and capture the attention of the students. You must be passionate about student progress and committed to helping pupils achieve their academic potential. The ideal candidate will need to have experience of using a variety of approaches to continually enhance teaching and learning of Maths throughout the school across the full age and ability range. You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to forge strong working relationships within the Maths team and within the school. The Maths Teacher will be joining a well-resourced department with an abundance of schemes of work and support to ensure teaching staff excel to their maximum teaching potential.
The school are looking for Mathematician who has an eye for detail and a thirst for teaching Maths. The Maths Teacher will be a specialist in this subject and adhere to the National Curriculum. The lessons will need to be engaging and you will need to have the ability to adopt each lesson depending on the level you are teaching.
