The ideal candidate will have the passion and drive to influence the children that learning can be enjoyable process. The Primary Teacher will have an excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and will be able to plan innovative and engaging lessons that will meet the needs of children with a variety of abilities. They will need to inspire trust and confidence into pupils and have the ability to be able to have a significant impact on the children's progress and attainment with an enthusiastic approach. They will need the skills to plan, deliver and assess outstanding teaching and learning using proven methods and approaches that enable students of all abilities to be able to enjoy and learn. The Primary Teacher will need the ability to engage, motivate pupils and can build strong relationships with the children, their parents and with colleagues.

The school are looking for a Primary Teacher who has strong classroom practice and has a positive approach to all teaching methods.
