Job Title: Customer Service Co-ordinator

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full Time (8.30am - 4.30pm)

Salary: £19 - 22k

Location: Warwick

We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Coordinator for our prestigious client based in Warwick. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and reputable organisation in a busy and varied role.

Working in a busy operations centre you will receive customer enquiries via e mail and phone; take ownership and manage the enquiry through to completion.

Key Duties:

* Responding to and resolving customer queries in a timely manner.
* Administer all paperwork relating to customer accounts, including finance
documents and agreements.
* Liaise with the wider sales team, helping to provide support and resolve queries.
* Maintain strong relationships with customers and staff across all levels of the
business, to deliver accurate reporting and maintain optimum levels of customer
service.
* Contribute to the development of processes within the operational team.
* Monitor stocking facilities across the business.

Skills, experience and qualifications required

* An excellent communicator with the ability to communicate clearly.
* A numerate and accurate individual, with excellent attention to detail.
* A fast worker with the ability to prioritise a demanding workload.
* An excellent listener with the ability to offer effective solutions.
* A proficient user of Microsoft Office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a successful and friendly organisation. This may suit a recent graduate with some customer service experience who can demonstrate strong IT skills and the ability to pick things up quickly.

The hours of work are 8.30-4.30 Monday to Friday and the company offers excellent working conditions including an on-site gym and canteen.
